 Betty Dell Williams: Executive Director
She has been employed with The Refuge in victim services since December 2002.  Assumed the Executive Director’s position in June 2006. Main Responsibilities: Oversee the day to day operation including grant management, fiscal accountability and executive duties but provides services and support to clients as needed.  Certified for assisting with TPO’s in 4 judicial circuits.




 
Nina Gunter: Shelter Manager
Began working as a shelter advocate in August 2014. Assumed the Shelter Manager position in May of 2015. Responsible for day to day operation of the shelter and supervises shelter staff.  Provides services and support to clients.  Plans and facilitates structured support group meetings for adults.



 


Tammy Harden: Assistant Shelter Manager
Began working as a shelter advocate in December 2004. Assumed the Assistant Shelter Manager position in October of 2009.  She is a Case Manager for clients that work during the day. Responsible for night to night operation of shelter and supervises night shelter staff.  Provides services and support to clients.
